With Teresa in town, we decided to experience one of the most popular sites in the Iowa Corridor: 
the Kalona Cheese Factory. While we were visiting, there was a constant stream of people for the infamous cheese curds. We were lucky to see how these squeaky balls of goodness were made. Check out the video: Making Cheese.
